The complete upper is not only built with Savage's exclusive manufacturing processes and held to the most exacting specifications, it offers upgrades far beyond comparable off-the-rack rifles. The upper features a 16.125" barrel with a 5R rifling and melontie QPQ finish, complete bolt carrier group, A2 front sight and charging handle.
